The unidenfied flying object was seen by globular 80 type from the Tunnel International company Conversation detained at St Annes YMCA on Sunday.
Eyewitnesses held the object, at first carefulness to be a balloon, hovered in the same spot for globular an hour previous ready.
Chris Turner, 38, from Bolton, was at the background as a filmmaker.

Sam Wright, 70, from Blackpool, who helped to organise the conference and is chairman of Tunnel International company, held the object was shiny in colour, between a field on the top.
He added: "Just about 80 type ran outside to see it. I abide seen loads a lot at the same time as this previous.
"Whatever thing was near. It did not encircle to move for an hour. It is my sentence it was a UFO. You can't prove it, but it clearly is a try."

It is not the first time UFOs abide been spotted in the region.
