Ufo: i silenzi della politica e della ricerca

Il problema degli Ufo, puff evento sociologico, scientifico e di direct `e stato di fatto sdoganato da imbarazzi nella sua trattazione, da quando molti organismi militari di vari paesi i tra cui il nostro, hanno consentito la visione dei cosiddetti X-files secretati e poi declassificati pubblicandoli su Internet o su libri. Ultimo fulgido esempio ne `e il libro bestseller UFO i Chafe italiani con oltre diecimila copie vendute in pochi mesi, scritto da due navigati giornalisti, che avendo avuto accesso ai famosi archivi hanno semplicemente pubblicato sic et simpliciter senza commenti, le schede ed i rapporti di avvistamento di oggetti volanti non identificati, pervenuti al Reparto Generale Sicurezza dello Stato Maggiore dellAeronautica Militare, tramite le segnalazioni giunte da carabinieri, piloti civili, militari e privati cittadini.
Ne esce un quadro davvero incredibile nel quale emergono alcuni episodi davvero eclatanti. Una briciola se paragonata alla documentazione mondiale ufficiale online cio`e quella realizzata dal Ministero della Difesa Britannico e il CNES francese o le varie autorit`a militari competenti dei paesi latino americani dove si spazia dal Brasile, al Cile allArgentina fino allEquador, al Per`u e al Venezuela e a cui si sono aggiunti Australia e Nuova Zelanda. L`i come up una documentazione sterminata, ricca di documentazione genuina fatta di rapporti di personale altamente specializzato, corredato da fotografie, tracciati radar, testimonianze varie, che solamente per una rapida lettura non basterebbe una vita. Ed come up che il fenomeno UFO `e stato pi`u volte affrontato puff problema di rilevanza strategica, con rapporti di commissioni tecniche che hanno studiato il problema pragmaticamente: aldil`a del dibattito sulla natura del fenomeno il problema della presenza degli Ufo `e reale ed esiste semmai un problema relegato alla sicurezza dei voli aerei ed eventualmente alla sicurezza militare in termini di difesa dello spazio aereo.

Altro che prototipi segreti, che avrebbero sorvolato banalmente centri abitati o aree turistiche affollatissime, violando tutte le norma di sicurezza con il rischio di essere appunto identificati, o fotografati da ignari turisti, facendo cadere proprio la prerogativa della segretezza. E poi se pensiamo ai costi, diventerebbe inconciliabile con qualsiasi bilancio se si considera che per un F22 Raptror statunitense, il costo incrementale per ogni esemplare in pi`u sarebbe attorno ai 138 milioni di dollari.
Ma se si accettasse lipotesi della natura extraterrestre del fenomeno Ufo, tutte le congetture e ipotesi salterebbero, poich'e il salto logico per tentare di comprendere una super tecnologia in grado di raggiungerci da chiss`a quale stelle o galassia o addirittura universo, sarebbe frustrante. Le varie series di probabilit`a di civilt`a nelluniverso con la loro capacit`a e ricaduta tecnologica sono illuminanti. Vedi le varie ipotesi di sviluppo di civilt`a extraterrestri,puff lanalisi delle probabilit`a di classificazione delle civilizzazioni galattiche di Isaac Asimov oppure la scala di Kardashev di Shklovskii ed infine la scala di Michio Kaku.
Dalla scienza e ricerca alla politica. Infatti in parallelo anche nella campo della politica `e stato trattato il tema degli oggetti volanti non identificati. In molti paesi tra cui lItalia, fin dagli anni 50 agli albori del fenomeno, sono stati affrontati anche se in maniera talvolta discutibile, dibatti parlamentari ad hoc coinvolgendo nel accent trasversalmente tutte le forze politiche presenti in parlamento e persino in quello europeo, coinvolgendo persino le Nazioni Link con dichiarazioni ad Hoc di vari segretari generali puff U Thant, Kurt Waldheim, Perez de Cuellar, che hanno affrontato story tematica puff ad esempio la famosa Note to Draw UN Power for UFO Research UN Widespread House of representatives tenacity 33/426, 1978.

Intanto, quasi in concomitanza con levento romano, alla libreria del congresso di Washington `e stato organizzato dalla NASA un principle internazionale sul tema prepariamoci alla scoperta degli Alieni e dove Padre Guy Consolmagno, neo direttore del Vatican Observatory Support presenter`a il libro Would You First name an Extraterrestrial?
