Intentional explanations for the sightings stand ranged from helicopters to ornery military bombs but, to date, no above-board explanation has been ahead of its time. Now Step magazine's Chengcheng Jiang has weighed in in the company of a new theory: intimate planes.
In an article out-of-date Pompous 16, Jiang observes that China's airspace, nevertheless severely precise by the government, is in general dishonored by well-to-do pilots who take to fly "off the make," not filing flight policy. These improper flights are habitual as hei fei, or black flights.
