The object was observed fine hair binoculars. It was luminous decidedly rich and multi decorated. The object turned on it's pin and became saucer fashioned, no typical. Goal next turned and appeared round once again and turned fitting eastward, sped eastward out of sight. Observed for 10 - 12 proceedings sheer.
