In regards to the post, "GLOWING OBJECT/LIGHT MOVING REALLY QUICKLY ACROSS THE SKY OVER KINGSTON ONTARIO"," that description is exactly to what I saw in Ottawa, October 17th, 2012 around 1:30 a.m.
I was leaving the library at University of Ottawa, walking on Cumberland towards Laurier and to my left I saw a bright white light that just zipped across the sky, there was a building so as it zipped across I couldn't see where it went because the building blocked my view.
I don't know what your description is: "VIKE FACTOR NOTE: This portion, or sentence is what another witness quoted when seeing the same object. "Just happened to be looking out my window and saw a really bright light across the sky - glowing orb-like moving very fast. It wasn't like any shooting star I had ever seen there was no tail visible."
It was just like that.
I was by myself and didn't know what to think, so I Googled UFO sighting and came across how someone saw what I saw one hour earlier in Kingston, thought I would let you know what I saw!

Startling photos of an alleged UFO over a mining operation in Copiap'o were published recently. These are photos taken last Tuesday afternoon (30 April 2013) by heavy equipment operators. The workers were carrying out dismantling operations in the Cerro Negro works of the CAP company, only a few kilometers distant from the Atacama Region, when they noticed the unidentified flying object.

I don't know how, to quote from the past, I don't know how you keep 'em down on the farm, and I don't know how you keep deranged people from exercising explosive and murderous rights they've somehow awarded themselves. But when the media and alleged government leaders turn rabid in a heartbeat while situations such as that in Arizona blow up, there's only trouble and idiotic agendas ahead.
Interesting, too, how the press falls in love with mass murder incidents, yet can't spare more than a chuckle when multiple witness UFO abductions come to light. Or UFO incidents at nuclear power plants and missile bases. Or Stephenville. Maybe because there's no blood. Maybe because there's no bizarre mug shot. One of the most dramatic cases, known as the Big Sur Incident, involved the inadvertent motion picture filming of a UFO that approached, circled, and-using four beams of light-shot down a dummy nuclear warhead in flight as it raced downrange over the Pacific Ocean to a designated splashdown site near Kwajalein Atoll. Although the exact date is uncertain at this point, because the documents are still classified, the available evidence suggests that this event occurred sometime in September 1964.
The former U.S. Air Force officer in charge of filming the interrupted test flight, former Lt. (now Dr.) Robert M. Jacobs, broke the amazing story in 1982 and has publicly discussed it countless times since then, most recently on the Larry King Live program in July 2008.
