In other words, this information didn't appear in the vacuum that existed prior to 1980.And yes, this is another second-hand story. It would have been nice to find it prior to Rowlette's death in 1988 but that didn't happen. We are left with these tales and we each must decide how important they are to the overall case. Date of sighting: September 3, 2011Location of sighting: Richmond, TexasEyewitness states:"I went out to my front yard to take some beautiful pictures of tropical storm Lee as it appeared from our hometown Richmond,Texas.I took several photos of the clouds and came back inside to download them onto my computer.In one of the pictures I noticed a really small object that was highlighted against the white storm clouds.I zoomed in on this object as was amazed at what I had caught by accident!It is a red round disc flared out on the bottom with what looks like some sort of antenneas on top.I did not see this by eye as I was taking the photo.I just saw it on my computer.I don't even know if it was visible to my eye in the light spectrum I can see.I don't know what it was,but I know it was not an airplane and was not supposed to be where it was.I only hope someone can help tell me what this object was or is."Source: MUFON.com
