Ufo Sighting In Richmond Virginia On August 27Th 2013 Red Orb Slowly Moved Towards Me And Hovered For A Few Seconds

UFO SIGHTING IN RICHMOND, VIRGINIA ON AUGUST 27TH 2013 - RED ORB SLOWLY MOVED TOWARDS ME AND HOVERED FOR A FEW SECONDS

I was walking and noticed a red orb just over the tree line moving my direction. It Stopped and hovered for a few seconds. Then it started changing direction while moving upwards until it disappeared. As it was moving towards me and stopped I tried to take a picture but by camera could not focus on it. As it moved farther upwards I was able to get my camera to focus on it. It made no sound. Helicopter was in the area about five minutes afterwards, not sure if it was because of the orb or not.
