The witness took her dog out at 6:30 pm (CDT) in the back yard. Her attention was drawn to the object with flashing lights at treetop level. The object was a cylinder, approximately 40-50 feet in length and 3 feet in width with 4 flashing lights. It appeared to be moving at approximately 20 mph. The object was moving toward the witness, but suddenly veared to the right. The witnesses dog did not react normally, The dog wanted to go immediately back inside of he home. The object was silent, and had no wings. It was too low and too slow to be an aircraft.
